I used to be 95lbs at my lowest, and since getting in college I have gotten lazy and fat…
I’m 128 (as of last time I weighed myself), and am 5’5”. My goal is to be 115 or lower, so I’m looking at about a 13 lb weight loss.
IT CAN BE DONE! I know I can do it!
I’m going to be using this blog as inspiration to keep working out, no matter how tired or busy I may be, and to keep me from eating crap that my body doesn’t want or need.
